Manager – Asset Management Systems (IBM Maximo)

About the role

The Manager – Asset Management Systems will lead the administration, optimisation and continuous improvement of the organisation’s Computer‑Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) platform, IBM Maximo, together with related enterprise applications. This role ensures the systems support asset lifecycle, preventive maintenance, financial control and operational efficiency across Dubai Holding Community Management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance of IBM Maximo and related enterprise applications, including implementation, customization, upgrades and integrations.
• Streamline facilities management processes through workflow automation, mobile access and integration with ERP, Finance, HR and CRM systems.
• Identify and deliver digital‑transformation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve service delivery.
• Maintain data integrity, compliance and security; develop dashboards, KPIs and reports on asset performance, maintenance efficiency and cost management.
• Lead training, functional and technical support for CAFM users and maintain documentation such as user guides and knowledge bases.
• Manage CAFM projects, vendor relationships, service‑level agreements and contracts to ensure delivery on scope, timeline and budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience managing CAFM systems with hands‑on expertise in IBM Maximo.
• Proven track record of implementing and optimizing Maximo modules for asset management, work‑order management and preventive maintenance.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications such as ERP, HR and CRM.
