Manager Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Manager Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, working with Fortune‑1000 clients across multiple industries. You will lead consulting engagements, travel to client sites, and help design and implement digital solutions that drive innovation and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients on innovation, strategy and product development initiatives.
• Improve industrial operations by deploying IoT, advanced analytics, Industry 4.0, PLM, cloud and PPM technologies.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions and develop recommendations for process and organizational change.
• Design and implement disruptive digital technologies such as machine learning and augmented reality.
• Prepare sales proposals, pitches and statements of work.
• Lead project teams, ensure delivery excellence and mentor junior consultants.
• Drive internal and community projects to strengthen the organization.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience delivering digital/data projects in an industrial environment.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them to technical teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English (Arabic a plus).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Electrification or Chemical Technology.
