Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

About the role

The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis will lead consolidated reporting for the Development Business Unit, delivering accurate actuals, budgets, forecasts and strategic plans while ensuring compliance with financial policies.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate financial plans (budget, forecast, strategic plan) and align them with project finance submissions.
• Support month‑end reporting, including flash reports, management packs and HFM entries for head‑office entities.
• Prepare group‑level reporting such as consolidated balance sheet, IFRS cash flow and capex allocations.
• Deliver operational KPI reporting and validate monthly data in Power BI dashboards.
• Create high‑quality presentations for senior leadership, providing financial insights and variance analysis.
• Maintain information integrity, accuracy and compliance with IFRS/IAS standards.
• Promote data‑visualisation tools and drive process improvements, automation and system enhancements.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of finance experience, preferably in real‑estate or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/IAS, financial reporting, modelling, budgeting and long‑term planning.
• Excellent analytical ability with attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
