Manager – Football Programme

About the role

360 Sports runs multi-sport academies built around a clear pathway from a child's first introduction to a sport through development, squad training, competition and, where appropriate, elite performance. The Manager – Football Programme is responsible for the overall planning, development, management and delivery of football programmes, ensuring high standards of coaching, player development, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run football programmes for different age groups and skill levels, with training plans, seasonal calendars, player pathways and performance objectives
• Coordinate camps, holiday programmes, clinics, leagues, tournaments and friendly matches
• Recruit, onboard, supervise and develop coaches and support staff, allocate them to teams and sessions and run regular performance reviews
• Implement player development frameworks covering technical, tactical, physical and psychological development, and maintain player records and assessment reports
• Manage daily operations, including pitch bookings, equipment, session schedules, transport and match logistics, and contingency plans for weather and emergencies
• Build relationships with parents, schools, sports associations and partners, and handle enquiries and complaints
• Drive business growth: enrolment, retention, revenue, budgets, pricing and marketing campaigns
• Ensure safeguarding, child protection, risk assessments, incident reporting and compliance with UAE regulations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Football Coaching, Physical Education, Business Management or a related discipline preferred
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in football programme management, sports operations or academy administration
• Experience supervising coaches and managing multiple programmes, teams or training locations
• Recognised football coaching qualification (e.g. AFC, UEFA or equivalent) is an advantage
• Preferred: experience in a sports academy, school sports programme, club or similar; familiarity with UAE sports operations and safeguarding
