Manager – Integration RBWM (1-Year Contract)

About the role

As a Manager – Integration RBWM on a one-year contract, you will support the integration of retail banking and wealth management (RBWM) business propositions at Emirates NBD. You will drive business assessment, integration planning, governance and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with the bank’s operational strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop integration plans, identify milestones and manage workstreams, including workshops, gap analysis and BAU flow activities.
• Map current product approval processes, analyse product backlogs, conduct pricing reviews and competition benchmarking.
• Manage regulatory requirements, risk assessments and mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with operational, cyber-security and data‑privacy controls.
• Coordinate with business heads, technology units, operations, risk and external stakeholders; prepare dashboards, RAID logs and executive updates.
• Identify revenue, cost and operational synergy opportunities, drive digital and straight‑through‑processing product innovation, and resolve conflicting business priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in banking or financial services, with at least 5 years leading large‑scale transformation, change‑management or integration programmes.
• Strong retail‑banking knowledge covering cards, loans and liabilities, and experience in M&A integration.
• Project‑management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile (CSM, SAFe) are desirable.
