Manager Pricing Distribution & Projects

About the role

The Manager Pricing Distribution & Projects will own and drive strategic pricing initiatives, automation and process improvements across Etihad Airways. This role coordinates cross‑functional teams to deliver revenue‑impacting projects, with a strong focus on AI‑enabled solutions and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end pricing and filing processes, ensuring documentation, approval and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with DTI to identify, prioritize and implement automation and AI solutions for pricing tasks.
• Scope, prioritize and sequence pricing workstreams based on revenue impact and feasibility.
• Lead cross‑functional planning, define timelines, dependencies and success criteria, and oversee system enhancements.
• Manage the Pricing Distribution and Fare Filing team to meet service level agreements and define KPIs.
• Engage senior stakeholders to present strategic contributions and develop reporting for initiative tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 7 years overall experience, including at least 3 years in aviation.
• In‑depth knowledge of Amadeus systems and GDS preferred.
• Project management and technical skills are a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
