Manager – Responsible Supply Chains & Social Performance (Middle East)

About the role

KumiKumi is seeking a Manager to lead responsible supply chain and social performance projects across the Middle East. Based in the United Arab Emirates, you will work on high‑impact consulting engagements, combining analytical rigor with hands‑on delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end consulting engagements, including scoping, analysis, fieldwork, synthesis and production of client‑ready outputs.
• Own day‑to‑day project delivery, coordinating inputs from lean, flexible teams while maintaining high quality standards.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and translate insights into clear, practical recommendations.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities to grow KumiKumi’s presence in the Middle East.

Required profile

• Senior‑level consulting experience with a focus on supply chain, sustainability or social performance.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects independently and lead small teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities.
