Manager - RRA

About the role

As a Manager in Risk & Regulatory Advisory (RRA), you will lead transformation engagements for banking and financial services clients, providing expert advice on non‑financial risk, compliance and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver risk and regulatory transformation projects for banking and financial services clients.
• Advise clients on non‑financial risk, compliance, conduct risk, operational risk, governance and enterprise risk management frameworks.
• Design and enhance risk governance frameworks, operating models, policies, controls and reporting capabilities.
• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation and business adoption.
• Provide advisory support on regulatory requirements and supervisory expectations from regulators such as CBUAE, SAMA, DFSA and ADGM.
• Stay current on regulatory developments, industry trends and leading practices.
• Contribute to thought leadership, business development, proposals and client pursuits.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of non‑financial risk management within the banking and financial services sector.
• Experience in one or more areas such as regulatory licensing, remediation, compliance transformation, conduct risk, operational risk, enterprise risk management, governance, internal controls, operational resilience, risk culture, digital asset risk, compliance monitoring, regulatory risk assessments or third‑party risk management.
• Good knowledge of regulatory frameworks including CBUAE, SAMA, Basel, CMA and SCA.
