Manager - Training (National Talent)

About the role

Dubai Holding Real Estate is seeking a dynamic Manager – Training (National Talent) to design, deliver and oversee learning initiatives that support the company’s talent strategy. You will lead the creation of training programs, manage onboarding, and drive employee engagement through innovative learning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs aligned with the Talent Management strategy.
• Conduct training needs analyses and close skill gaps to improve performance.
• Plan and deliver the annual training calendar, including internal and external programs.
• Facilitate workshops, leadership development sessions and other learning initiatives.
• Manage the training budget and optimise resource allocation.
• Partner with external vendors to source high‑quality learning solutions.
• Provide coaching to managers to support team development.
• Monitor training effectiveness, ROI and learner adoption through metrics and feedback.
• Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Utilise the LMS and technology to enhance delivery and tracking while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Prepare leadership reports and dashboards on training outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field (Master’s preferred).
• L&D or CIPD certification preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a senior training delivery role.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and learning methodologies.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and relationship‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with ability to measure training effectiveness and ROI.
• Project‑management, problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
• Results‑driven, detail‑oriented and collaborative team player.
