Managing Director - Property Management & Real Estate

About the role

The company is a newly built property management firm in Sharjah, operating an established multi‑building portfolio and expanding into brokerage and facilities services. As Managing Director you will take full ownership of the business, reporting directly to the owner and driving growth to become Sharjah’s most professionally run property services firm.

Key responsibilities

• Full P&L and operational leadership across property management, leasing and facilities services.
• Prepare and present monthly owner reporting and governance updates.
• Lead and develop the existing operating core, building a high‑performing team.
• Drive commercial growth through third‑party landlord mandates and business development activities.
• Set and maintain service standards, manage vendor economics and control operating costs.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in property management, real estate or facilities operations within the UAE or GCC.
• At least 3 years in a Director or General Manager role with full P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record of building or significantly scaling an operating business.
• Strong knowledge of tenancy law and municipal processes; Sharjah or northern emirates experience is a plus.
• Relevant professional qualifications such as MRICS, CPM or CFM are advantageous.
• Fluency in Arabic or another second language is preferred.
