Managing Partner – Origination (6‑month contractor)

About the role

Inflection Club is seeking its first Managing Partner – Origination to build and run the primary deal‑flow engine. You will leverage existing relationships with top‑tier VC funds to source co‑investment opportunities for our accredited investor community.

Key responsibilities

• Activate and deepen warm relationships with partners, principals, and co‑invest desks at seed‑through‑growth VC funds.
• Position Inflection Club as the preferred co‑investment partner, highlighting our clean SPV structure, rapid close timeline, and strategic member base.
• Surface 30‑50 high‑quality co‑investment opportunities per quarter for the investment committee.
• Collaborate directly with the founders and Director of Investment on diligence hand‑off and deal evaluation.
• Manage the full pipeline from relationship activation to deal presentation, ensuring investment committee approval before member outreach.

Required profile

• Established network with top‑tier VC funds and a track record of sourcing venture deals.
• Experience in venture capital, private equity, or related investment origination.
• Ability to work autonomously with 30‑40 hours per week of focused effort.
• Readiness to commit to a 6‑month contractor period with potential conversion to full‑time partner.
