Marketing Account Manager

About the role

Reneu is a boutique performance marketing agency in Dubai running paid media on Meta and Google (Search, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube), with LinkedIn and TikTok where they fit, for brand-conscious businesses. It is hiring its first Account Manager, who will be the day-to-day lead for a group of clients, the person they turn to for questions, working alongside paid media specialists, a creative strategist and a design team, and reporting to one of the founders.

Key responsibilities

• Be the face and voice of the agency for clients, giving regular updates and clear answers
• Turn every client meeting into action the same day: what can move now, what needs design, what needs building
• Send short weekly results summaries to bigger clients and review accounts needing attention each Monday
• Write short, clear briefs for changes to live campaigns
• Keep approvals, scope and priorities in order across clients
• Write the commentary for monthly reports and lead the monthly client call
• Spot risks early and raise them before the client does

You will not build campaigns, write ad copy or set pricing; you just need to understand them well enough to explain them and ask good questions.

Required profile

• 2 to 4 years in paid media account management, ideally at an agency
• Able to explain ROAS, tests and budget moves in plain language
• A clear, confident writer
• Highly organised, with a good eye for what can move now and what needs to wait
• Comfortable talking with founders and marketing leads of premium brands
• Happy juggling several clients at once
• Proactive, curious and calm under pressure

Required skills

• Hands-on knowledge of Meta and Google Ads
• Nice to have: ecommerce (fashion, beauty, food and beverage), hospitality, UAE or GCC market knowledge, experience with project management systems and client dashboards, and coaching someone more junior
