Marketing & Events Manager

About the role

The Marketing & Events Manager will lead the development and execution of The Dubai Mall’s marketing and events strategy. Reporting to senior management, you will work closely with centre management, sub‑brand teams and Emaar Mall assets to ensure brand consistency and drive footfall.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage the overall marketing and events plan and budget for The Dubai Mall.
• Coordinate with mall centre management, sub‑brand marketing teams and Emaar Mall assets to align initiatives.
• Manage third‑party suppliers, agencies and partners, providing clear guidelines for campaigns and events.
• Collaborate with speciality leasing, retail relationship and RDT departments to create new concepts and partnership opportunities.
• Conceptualise and execute events and activations that increase brand awareness, footfall and spend.
• Support the marketing team with promotions, signage, guest services and retailer communications.
• Oversee strategic international partnerships and specially assigned senior‑management projects.

Required profile

• Significant years of experience in marketing and events within the retail industry.
• Proven experience in budgeting, planning, event management, trade and retail collaboration, advertising, communications, promotions and strategic partnerships.
• Ability to work closely with multiple internal teams and external partners.
