Marketing Executive & Content Creator – Real Estate

About the role

The Content Creator & Social Media Executive will drive Marsa Boulevard’s marketing strategy by producing high‑quality visual content that showcases the destination’s experience and reinforces the brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Produce engaging social media assets such as Reels, Stories, short videos and photography, capturing on‑site moments during events and daily activities.
• Edit video and photo content for timely publication across digital channels.
• Support day‑to‑day social media management, including planning, scheduling, publishing and community interaction.
• Prepare weekly performance reports with metrics, audience insights and optimisation recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, tenants and partners to meet content requirements for campaigns.
• Own the content lifecycle from concept development through final delivery while ensuring brand consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Film, Photography or a related field (preferred).
• 2‑4 years of experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing, preferably for lifestyle, retail, entertainment, events or destination brands.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong video shooting and editing skills, especially on mobile devices.
• Proficiency in photography and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of current social media trends, platform formats and audience engagement tactics.
• Hands‑on experience with Adobe Premiere.
