About the role
Join Deliveroo's Central CRM team in Dubai to plan, build, and execute CRM campaigns across email, push, and WhatsApp, driving customer growth and retention in the UAE market.
Key responsibilities
- Own planning, execution, optimisation and reporting of bespoke campaigns across multiple channels.
- Create and schedule engaging email, push‑notification and WhatsApp messages.
- Identify and implement evergreen automations and triggers.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Data Analytics, Creative, Product and Engineering stakeholders.
- Analyse data for targeting, segmentation and performance reporting.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience.
- 2‑4 years of email application and CRM campaign management experience.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
