Marketing Executive - DMCC

About the role

7 Management, a hospitality and management group established in 2015, is hiring a Marketing Executive for DMCC. The role covers the day-to-day execution of DMCC's marketing campaigns, social media and marketing plan, working closely with the Sales Manager, the 7 Management Head Office marketing team and DMCC stakeholders so that marketing drives bookings and aligns with the brand and group strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the marketing strategy and annual marketing plan, turning objectives into monthly activity calendars and delivering on time and on budget
• Plan, launch and manage campaigns end to end, including briefs, timelines, approvals and deliverables, supporting sales and booking targets
• Manage DMCC venue social media accounts daily, including content planning, posting, community management and coordination of creative assets
• Monitor bookings, campaign performance and audience targeting, support the Sales Manager with promotions, offers and events, and report regularly on KPIs
• Act as the marketing link between DMCC and the Head Office team, coordinating tasks, approvals and shared resources
• Liaise with agencies, influencers and suppliers to deliver materials and activations in line with brand guidelines

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
• 2-4 years of marketing experience in hospitality, F&B, nightlife or entertainment, with strong knowledge of the Dubai market
• Commercial mindset linking marketing activity to bookings and sales results
• Excellent communication, organisation and coordination skills, able to work across site and Head Office teams
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage
