Marketing Executive – Dubai Festival Plaza (Jebel Ali)

About the role

The Marketing Executive assists and coordinates retail marketing activities at Dubai Festival Plaza, handling permissions, government relations, events, digital communications, social media monitoring, database management, supplier coordination and financial tasks. Success requires strong organization, clear communication and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate retail marketing permissions, branding requests, press photography and filming approvals.
• Support events and promotions teams with on‑ground assistance, quotations and schedule management.
• Update English and Arabic DFP websites with new photos, press releases and retailer information.
• Monitor social media channels monthly and produce reports for the marketing team.
• Capture and maintain customer coupon data and retailer databases for communications.
• Liaise with suppliers for quotations, signage installation and dismantling, and provide market activity updates.
• Manage purchase orders, accruals and invoice preparation while identifying cost‑saving measures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in marketing, preferably retail.
• Knowledge of marketing, social media applications, website and database generation, and event planning.
• Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong planning, organization and coordination skills.
