Marketing Executive – Hospitality & Lifestyle Brand

About the role

We are a premium hospitality venue in Dubai seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to drive marketing initiatives, create engaging content, and activate our brand across both online and on‑site experiences. This hands‑on role is perfect for someone passionate about hospitality, lifestyle brands, and beach clubs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day marketing activities across multiple channels.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns from concept to launch, ensuring timelines are met.
• Create, schedule, and monitor social media content and community engagement.
• Support planning and promotion of entertainment, guest experiences, and venue activations.
• Organise photoshoots, video shoots, and content production with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Source and liaise with influencers, content creators, and media partners.
• Produce marketing collateral, menus, digital assets, and promotional materials.
• Maintain website, online listings, and marketing platforms with up‑to‑date information.
• Prepare campaign reports, collect data, and identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Provide administrative support, including purchase orders and supplier coordination.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in a Marketing Executive or Coordinator role.
• Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, lifestyle, retail, or entertainment is highly desirable.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Creative eye for content with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑moving hospitality environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing preferred.
