Marketing Executive – Hospitality Portfolio

About the role

The Marketing Executive will support Aldar Hospitality’s corporate marketing strategy across its diverse portfolio of hotels, resorts, golf clubs, marinas and beach clubs. Reporting to the Corporate Director of Marketing, the role ensures consistent brand representation and drives engagement through coordinated campaigns and digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement marketing plans for the Aldar Hospitality portfolio in close collaboration with the Corporate Director of Marketing.
• Maintain ongoing communication with business units to share updates on campaigns and promotions.
• Partner with the social media agency to create engaging content for Aldar Hospitality’s social channels.
• Update and manage the Aldar Hospitality website and ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Coordinate promotional activities on the DARNA Rewards app and liaise with the Rewards team.
• Work with HR to publish information on the Workvivo platform and produce marketing material for internal use.
• Collaborate with the Digital Future Team to launch campaigns on Live Aldar, the Experiences website and other platforms.
• Support event organization and partnership initiatives to boost brand visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Arts or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within hospitality or a similar consumer‑focused industry.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
