Marketing Executive

About the role

The Authors Holiday Homes is looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness and guest engagement across both digital and traditional channels. You will create compelling content, manage social media activity, and support promotional campaigns that showcase our holiday homes.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of marketing, branding, and communication initiatives on digital and traditional platforms.
• Create, edit, and manage high‑quality marketing content such as social media posts, videos, graphics, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Manage social media activities, including content planning, posting, audience engagement, and digital campaign execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support campaigns, events, partnerships, and promotional activities.
• Ensure all marketing materials adhere to The Authors Holiday Homes’ brand identity and communication style.
• Conduct market research, prepare reports, and assist with campaign tracking and marketing administration.
• Support photography, design, and creative needs to promote holiday homes and guest experiences.
• Perform additional marketing and business‑related tasks as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Creative marketer with a passion for storytelling, guest experience, and brand reputation in hospitality.
• Strong eye for branding and visual presentation.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to flexible working hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Canva for rapid content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
