Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join the Marketing & Communications team at Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai. The role focuses on elevating the hotel’s brand visibility and driving commercial performance, with a strong emphasis on food & beverage and lifestyle experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the hotel’s digital and social media platforms, creating and scheduling content, and engaging with audiences.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics and produce actionable reports.
• Develop and coordinate e‑mail direct marketing (eDM) campaigns, promotional materials and maintain organized asset libraries.
• Support photo and video shoots to ensure high‑quality brand‑aligned content.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to promote hotel experiences and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and trend monitoring to inform marketing strategies.
