Marketing Executive

About the role

Royal Women Hospital Abu Dhabi is looking for a Marketing Executive to implement marketing plans and promotional campaigns that raise awareness of the hospital's services, specialties and facilities. The role also coordinates marketing for new services and clinics, works with digital marketing teams and agencies, and supports physician profiling and patient education initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run promotional campaigns, health awareness campaigns, screening programmes, seasonal promotions and community outreach.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to boost patient engagement and service use.
• Coordinate marketing materials such as brochures, presentations and other promotional content, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and healthcare advertising rules.
• Work with digital marketing teams and agencies on social media, website updates, email marketing and online promotions, and schedule healthcare content on approved digital platforms.
• Track online engagement, campaign reach, patient enquiries and lead conversion.
• Collaborate with physicians, Heads of Departments and clinic managers to promote clinical services and coordinate physician profiling, specialty campaigns, service launches, health talks and patient education.
• Identify ways to improve awareness and use of underperforming clinics and specialties, and support specialty-specific marketing plans aligned with operational capacity and revenue goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in a hospital, medical centre, clinic or healthcare organisation.
