Marketing Lead

About the role

The Marketing Lead will report directly to the CEO and drive the strategic marketing agenda for a multi‑brand professional services group based in Dubai. Working closely with brand leaders and senior stakeholders, you will shape and execute campaigns that strengthen brand positioning, generate qualified leads and support commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of group and brand marketing strategies aligned with commercial priorities.
• Own the digital marketing strategy, focusing on content creation, videography, photography and brand storytelling.
• Plan, manage and optimise integrated campaigns across CRM, email, social media, website and other digital channels.
• Use CRM and email platforms to build, segment and report on targeted direct‑marketing campaigns.
• Oversee video production, podcast coordination and social‑media activation to boost brand visibility.
• Lead the planning and promotion of B2B events, both virtual and in‑person.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, applying insights to improve ROI.
• Champion marketing technology and innovative tools to enhance efficiency and audience engagement.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a trusted marketing partner.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing role.
• Marketing degree desirable or CIM Level 4+.
• Experience within a professional services environment and understanding of how marketing supports pipeline development and revenue targets.
