Marketing Manager - 360-Degree Marketing

About the role

Landmark Group is hiring a Manager – Marketing for its Shukran Loyalty business, a consumer loyalty offering within a leading retail group. The role drives 360-degree integrated marketing strategies and campaigns across the GCC market, focusing on brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, loyalty and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, social media, CRM, in-store, partnerships and activations.
• Drive annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead campaigns on brand awareness, customer engagement, acquisition, retention, app usage and loyalty program growth.
• Manage CRM campaigns, customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing and data-driven engagement.
• Monitor campaign KPIs, analyse performance, optimise marketing ROI and report to senior stakeholders.
• Manage creative agencies, vendors, partnerships, marketing budgets and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Adapt strategies to GCC consumer behaviour, cultural trends and regional market needs.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, retail marketing, consumer brands, loyalty or agency environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field preferred.
• Good to have: experience in retail, loyalty programs, consumer brands or app-based marketing; strong GCC exposure, especially UAE and Saudi Arabia.
