Marketing Manager - AI Software

About the role

An emerging AI software company based in Dubai is hiring a Marketing Manager ahead of its commercial launch. The client delivers AI solutions focused on business value, security and data protection. You will take full ownership of the marketing and brand roadmap, starting as a dedicated solo lead before building and growing the wider marketing department, working closely with executive leadership to turn complex software capabilities into clear, high-impact messages.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own the marketing, positioning and market-entry strategy aligned with commercial targets
• Create brand guidelines covering visual identity, tone of voice and messaging frameworks
• Run digital channels including website oversight, social media, SEO and targeted campaigns
• Translate technical software features into compelling messages for technical and commercial decision-makers
• Monitor competitors and market trends to keep positioning distinctive
• Define performance metrics, manage budgets, analyse ROI and optimise spend
• Design the future internal team structure and recruit specialist roles as the department grows

Required profile

• Extensive marketing experience leading brand, digital and managerial functions
• Background in software or technology, ideally data security, business software or high-growth startups
• Proven track record of building brands and market positioning from scratch
• Experience managing web assets, content distribution, digital visibility and automated marketing tools
• Experience collaborating with sales to drive pilot customer interest
