Marketing Manager – Digital Agency

About the role

We are seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to lead our full‑service digital agency’s operations across the GCC. The role combines team leadership, client management and the development of data‑driven marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of local and regional brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage day‑to‑day agency operations.
• Oversee client accounts, ensuring successful campaign delivery and high satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies across Social Media, Performance Marketing, SEO, Content Marketing and Lead Generation.
• Establish and optimise workflows, SOPs, KPIs and operational processes.
• Mentor cross‑functional teams including Account Management, Creative, Media Buying, Web Development and Analytics.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics and provide strategic recommendations.
• Lead client reviews, presentations and identify opportunities for account expansion.
• Support business development, proposals and agency growth initiatives.
• Ensure profitability, resource optimisation and quality control across projects.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in the GCC market.

Required profile

• 8–12+ years of experience in digital marketing and agency environments.
• Minimum 4–5 years in a leadership or agency management role.
• Proven experience managing multiple digital marketing disciplines.
• Experience managing accounts in local and GCC markets.
• Background working with both service‑based and product‑based businesses.
