Marketing Manager – Digital Growth & Customer Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven Marketing Manager to own the online presence, digital growth and customer acquisition strategy for our fintech and technology products. The role will combine performance‑driven campaigns, brand building and data‑focused optimisation to deliver measurable commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across fintech and technology product lines.
• Drive acquisition, engagement and retention through paid campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Manage brand visibility, SEO, email marketing and CRM communications.
• Oversee content calendars, creative assets and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Coordinate budgets, targeting, optimisation and reporting for all campaigns.
• Support go‑to‑market launches, new product features and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with agencies or external vendors to scale performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fintech, payments, SaaS or high‑growth digital businesses.
• Strong understanding of how to position technical products for customers.
• Data‑driven decision‑making with a focus on ROI and commercial growth.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
