Marketing Manager (Dubai)

About the role

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Manage content creation, including brochures, presentations, web copy, and promotional collateral.
• Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies, managing budgets and timelines.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine positioning and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing strategy development, campaign planning, and brand management.
• Strong background in digital marketing, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Project management expertise with ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; advanced qualifications a plus.
• Fluency in English and eligibility to work on-site in Dubai.
