Marketing Manager – Offline Campaigns

About the role

Meals on Me, a leading premium meal‑delivery brand in the UAE, is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to own and execute its offline marketing strategy. The role focuses on planning, coordinating and delivering traditional media campaigns that complement the brand’s digital activities, driving visibility and customer engagement across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive offline marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, execute and monitor advertising campaigns across print, hoardings, radio, flyers and other traditional channels.
• Research and select appropriate media outlets, negotiate rates and secure optimal placements.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce on‑brand content such as SMS, WhatsApp messages, banners, print ads, radio scripts and hoarding designs.
• Track campaign performance, analyse KPIs and report results to senior management.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and corporate programs to expand market reach.
• Maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing offline/ATL and BTL marketing campaigns.
• Strong negotiation skills with media vendors and partners.
• Excellent project management and ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for brand consistency.
• Analytical orientation to evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive improvements.
