Marketing Manager - Real Estate

About the role

Tafaseel BPO is looking for a results-oriented and creative Marketing Manager in Ajman to lead its marketing strategy, strengthen its brand presence and drive lead generation across all channels. The position is full time.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives, conduct market research and competitive analysis for the UAE real estate sector, and identify and segment target audiences.
• Plan and execute online and offline campaigns, oversee social media content, print collateral and video production, and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies.
• Manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) to maximise lead generation, improve website content and SEO, and track and report on campaign performance.
• Lead the in-house marketing team, manage vendor relationships, work with the sales team to align marketing with sales targets, and keep branding and messaging consistent across channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 7 years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in the UAE real estate market.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, lead generation and campaign management.
• Strong leadership, communication and project management skills.
• Arabic language proficiency is a must.

• Proficiency in social media platforms, Google tools and basic design applications.
• Digital advertising and SEO knowledge.
