Marketing Manager (Social Media & Content)

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to own the social media and content strategy for our AI-native software studio and its portfolio of B2B and consumer products. You will shape the voice and visual identity of multiple brands, from our studio brand DIGI to emerging SaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms for all company brands.
• Create and adapt visual assets, graphics and short videos for organic posts and paid campaigns.
• Write and edit copy that matches both B2B and consumer tones, ensuring consistency across channels.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and optimise content based on data insights.
• Collaborate with the co‑founder and founding team to align marketing initiatives with product launches and AI‑first workflows.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing end‑to‑end social media and content for multiple brands.
• Strong design sense with the ability to produce high‑quality graphics and video edits.
• Excellent written communication, capable of switching between B2B and consumer voice.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable analysing results and iterating quickly.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop (proficient)
• Adobe Illustrator (proficient)
• Video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut (familiar)
• LinkedIn as a B2B marketing channel (proficient)
• AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) (familiar)
