Marketing Manager – University Communications

About the role

The University seeks a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead its Office of Marketing and Strategic Communication. You will shape and execute an integrated marketing communications plan that enhances the University’s reputation, supports enrollment goals, and drives fundraising initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate a comprehensive marketing communications strategy.
• Direct daily activities of the marketing team, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Create and manage advertising campaigns, print and electronic collateral, and media relations.
• Plan, organise and promote special events that showcase university programmes and achievements.
• Oversee the marketing budget and allocate resources to meet short‑ and long‑term objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with university priorities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset and ability to motivate staff.
• Capacity to multitask and perform under pressure.
