Marketing Operations Specialist - Direct Response (GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign)

About the role

An online coaching company for married men, which relies on paid ads (Meta, Google, YouTube) leading to a video sales letter and booked calls, needs one full-time person to run its direct-response marketing operations. The role covers reporting, systems, quality control, page and email builds, video-editor coordination and automation, and is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Weekly marketing dashboard and Monday report (spend, cost per call, opt-in rate, ROAS, win rate, ads launched) and a monthly summary by funnel stage
• Maintain the ClickUp workspace (pipeline, statuses, dashboards, templates, intake from Slack) and write procedures and naming conventions
• Run a compliance and QA checklist on every ad and email, and keep a launch log
• Build landing-page variants and funnel pages in GoHighLevel or ClickFunnels, and email sequences and automations in ActiveCampaign
• Manage the video-editors' workflow: weekly meetings, briefs, turnaround, onboarding, applicant screening and the bonus scheme
• Keep deliverables and deadlines visible, book recording sessions, run the meeting calendar, onboard new starters and manage tool access and subscriptions
• Automate repeatable tasks using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and similar AI tools

Required profile

• 2+ years in marketing operations, campaign operations or funnel-building, ideally in an online coaching, course or direct-response business or an agency serving them
• Experience building and maintaining a ClickUp workspace (or Asana, Monday or Notion)
• Experience coordinating freelancers or a small creative team to deadlines
• Native-level written English and attention to detail in spelling
• Willingness to work core hours in a European or Dubai time zone; the Americas are not considered

• Expert use of AI tools such as Claude, with at least one real automation
