About the role

Join ADCB’s Retail Banking Group as a Marketing Services Manager, driving integrated marketing communications and digital initiatives for retail and micro‑business customers. You will work with passionate colleagues to enhance brand recall, customer satisfaction, and ROI across UAE banking services.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage and execute marketing campaigns, digital strategies, media plans and other strategic initiatives.
• Lead key marketing projects, ensuring on‑time delivery, budget adherence and maximum return on the marketing dollar.
• Maintain the marketing calendar, reconcile actual versus planned activities, and ensure SOP compliance from briefing to sign‑off.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand challenges and design campaigns that meet their objectives.
• Develop and oversee the strategic marketing plan, media strategies, and digital marketing roadmap.
• Manage social media strategy, website content and conversion optimisation, and support digital project roll‑outs.
• Provide weekly status updates to senior leadership and secure required approvals before production.
