Marketing Specialist – Digital & Brand Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to design, execute, and optimise marketing activities that boost brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate product demand. The role centres on digital marketing, social media, influencer collaborations, retail visibility, and promotional campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute B2C and B2B marketing campaigns aligned with brand strategy and business priorities.
• Develop integrated go‑to‑market plans for product launches across digital, social, retail, PR, influencer and offline channels.
• Manage consumer‑focused digital campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Google and other platforms, tracking reach, engagement, traffic and ROI.
• Create and maintain monthly social media content calendars and coordinate with designers, agencies and creators.
• Produce blog and content pieces, optimise for SEO, and coordinate influencer and media partnerships.
• Oversee in‑store branding, product displays, retail promotions and point‑of‑sale materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience in executing digital and social media marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of brand storytelling, consumer behaviour and multi‑channel activation.
• Ability to collaborate with product, sales, and external agency teams.
