Marketing Specialist - Forex

About the role

Novixa Capital Limited, a global trading platform offering access to Forex, stocks, indices, commodities and cryptocurrencies, is hiring a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist in Dubai. The role develops and runs marketing campaigns that raise awareness and grow awareness of its Forex trading services, working closely with sales teams to support client acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run data-driven marketing strategies and paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) focused on ROI.
• Track and analyse website traffic, conversions and user behaviour with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and heatmaps; run A/B tests on landing pages, emails and ads.
• Create and optimise content across social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and use SEO, SEM and content marketing to attract traders.
• Manage email campaigns, drip sequences and automation workflows, and set up WhatsApp Business API and chatbot automation.
• Integrate and manage CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) for lead nurturing and segmentation.
• Produce marketing reports with Google Data Studio, Power BI or Tableau, using UTM parameters and tracking pixels.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in finance or Forex.
• Relevant experience in Forex or financial markets marketing, ideally within trading platforms or brokerages.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and manage several projects.

Required skills

• Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and programmatic advertising.
• SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and marketing automation tools.
• Email marketing platforms and CRM integration.
• Technical knowledge of integrations, tracking pixels and API-driven automation.
• Desirable: knowledge of Forex markets and financial products.
• Desirable: Python, SQL or Excel; Google Tag Manager; marketing AI tools; Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or Canva.
