MEA Sales Manager (Fluent Arabic and English Required)

About the role

Dimax International, the exclusive importer of the Könner & Söhnen brand, is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead its expansion across the Middle East and Africa. You will be responsible for building the company’s market presence for high‑quality generators, garden equipment, and power tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to increase market share in the MEA region.
• Drive sales generation through hands‑on selling, focusing on key accounts and closing strategic deals.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
• Manage the full sales funnel from lead acquisition to deal closure using the CRM system.
• Conduct continuous market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and adjust pricing strategies.
• Set realistic quarterly and annual sales targets for the region and, when needed, for the local team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager, Country Manager or similar role in the MEA market.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; Ukrainian or Russian is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and capable of working independently.
• Degree in business, marketing, management or a technical field is preferred.
