Membership & Community Manager

About the role

YP Club is a private, application-only community connecting established founders and entrepreneurs through curated experiences, introductions and peer advisory circles. It is looking for a Membership & Community Manager in Dubai to own the member experience, working closely with the leadership team so that every founder feels valued from the moment they join. The role is full-time and Dubai-based, with in-person member events.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with founders and entrepreneurs, act as a reliable point of contact and deliver a personalised onboarding journey.
• Drive engagement and retention, re-engage disengaged members, gather feedback and turn it into improvements.
• Facilitate relevant business introductions and support the Circle program, Pioneer Match and other initiatives.
• Coordinate dinners, networking events, founder gatherings and private member events, handling invitations, RSVPs, venue coordination and guest experience.
• Maintain accurate member records in systems such as PioneerOS, monitor engagement, satisfaction and retention metrics, and work with the sales team on a smooth admission-to-onboarding handover.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in membership management, community management, premium client relationships or private clubs.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain ongoing relationships with members or clients, not just acquire new ones.
• Excellent spoken and written English, able to communicate with founders and senior executives.
• Strong event coordination, organisational skills and ability to manage several priorities independently.
• Availability to attend member events in Dubai, including occasional evenings.
• Highly desirable: experience with private members' clubs, high-net-worth clients, Dubai's business ecosystem, and member onboarding and renewals.
