MEP Inspector – Mechanical

About the role

KEO Group is seeking a qualified MEP Inspector (Mechanical) to join its Ras Al Khaimah office on a temporary basis. The role involves on‑site supervision and technical support for all mechanical, electrical and plumbing aspects of construction projects, ensuring strict compliance with codes, standards and contract specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee design coordination and implementation of MEP systems for assigned projects.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals and technical documents from contractors and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and verify adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure all work complies with local regulations, project requirements and quality standards.
• Report non‑conformities and recommend corrective actions to maintain project timelines.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in MEP inspection or supervision on construction sites.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes and international MEP standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
