MEP Supervisor

About the role

The MEP Supervisor works within the Operations team of UAE - Integrated Facility Management in Abu Dhabi. The role oversees the management, control and maintenance of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems so that client facilities run efficiently and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities for HVAC, BMS, CCTV and other integrated facility systems, ensuring compliance with organisational and safety standards.
• Oversee preventive maintenance scheduling to minimise downtime and extend asset life, with high-quality execution.
• Lead a team of technicians and coordinate labour resources, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
• Interpret CAD drawings and technical documentation to support maintenance and installation work.
• Ensure energy and waste management processes are followed in the facility.
• Foster communication between stakeholders and customers and support integrated facility management planning aligned with organisational objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering; facility management, HVAC or electrical certifications are highly desirable.
• Substantial hands-on experience in facility management of MEP systems on medium to large properties.
• At least 5 years in supervisory roles overseeing maintenance teams in HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
