Meta Specialist & Content Strategist

About the role

Skin Cake is looking for a Meta Specialist & Content Strategist to drive paid social performance and shape organic content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. You will own the full‑funnel advertising strategy while ensuring the brand’s voice shines through every piece of organic content.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns focused on sales generation.
• Develop full‑funnel strategies from cold audience acquisition to repeat‑buyer retargeting.
• Create custom, lookalike and retargeting audiences and write ad copy aligned with campaign goals.
• Optimize campaigns daily by testing creatives, copy, audiences and placements.
• Manage ad spend to meet ROAS and CPA targets and report performance weekly and monthly.
• Own the organic content strategy for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, maintaining a content calendar tied to launches and brand moments.
• Brief the content team, ensure output is on‑brand, and write captions in Skin Cake’s fun, confident tone.
• Track organic performance metrics and iterate based on data insights.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads with measurable results.
• Background in the beauty or personal‑care industry, preferably in the Gulf region.
• Deep knowledge of Instagram and TikTok algorithms and content distribution.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting ROAS/CPA goals.
• Data‑driven, highly organized and comfortable with fast‑paced environments.
• UAE market experience is a plus.
