Microsoft 365 Copilot Adoption & Enablement Consultant

About the role

The organization is looking for an innovative, business-oriented Microsoft 365 Copilot Adoption & Enablement Consultant to help enterprise users and leadership teams adopt and maximize the value of Microsoft 365 Copilot and modern AI productivity tools. This is not a traditional technical trainer position: the consultant connects with people, understands business challenges, translates AI capabilities into practical use cases and delivers engaging learning experiences to employees at all levels, including senior management and executives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, practical, interactive training sessions on Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI productivity capabilities
• Develop and deliver workshops for end users, champions, Directors, VPs, MDs and other senior stakeholders
• Translate Copilot capabilities into real-world business use cases across functions and job profiles
• Demonstrate practical use cases in Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneDrive and SharePoint
• Support organizations in driving AI adoption and behavioral change, not just technical training
• Customize content to audience needs, business context and technical knowledge
• Engage with senior management and facilitate discussions on AI opportunities and business value
• Create demonstrations, exercises, scenarios and learning materials, and gather feedback to improve the approach
• Work closely with business and technical teams and stay current with the Copilot and Generative AI ecosystem

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 Copilot, Generative AI, AI productivity or Microsoft 365 training/adoption programs
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and workplace productivity
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate with and influence people at different organizational levels, including senior management
• Strong business acumen, storytelling, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working independently and owning deliverables

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications such as MCT or Microsoft 365/AI certifications
• Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, Azure AI or other generative AI tools
• Experience in AI adoption, digital transformation, change management or workplace transformation
• Arabic, Russian or another Eastern European language
• Experience with multinational organizations or enterprise clients
