MIS Executive – Data Analytics & Reporting

About the role

Join Al Futtaim Automotive as an MIS Executive to turn data into actionable insights that drive Aftersales performance. You will be responsible for delivering accurate management information, dashboards and analytical reports.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.
• Monitor operational, financial and customer KPIs, highlighting variances, risks and opportunities.
• Consolidate, validate, reconcile and cleanse data from multiple systems.
• Develop structured reporting for revenue, gross margin, productivity, utilization, vehicle throughput, WIP and customer retention.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and business review activities with historical data analysis.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Power Query.

Required profile

• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple reporting requirements and deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, data reconciliation, analytical reporting).
• Power BI and Power Query for dashboard development.
• Experience with data consolidation, cleansing, reconciliation and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of MIS, KPI measurement and business‑performance reporting.
• Familiarity with SAP or automotive Dealer Management Systems is a plus.
