About the role

Property Finder is seeking an entry‑level Mortgage Advisor to join its experienced team of mortgage brokers. You will receive extensive training on mortgage products, real‑estate transaction flow, and the company’s operational systems, enabling you to provide unbiased financing advice to home‑buyers and refinancers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a superior customer experience to online leads by responding promptly to inquiries.
• Advise clients on the most suitable mortgage product for purchase or refinance.
• Collaborate with Property Finder’s sales and business‑development teams to build a portfolio of real‑estate referral partners.
• Support clients throughout the loan process from application to closing.
• Prospect new business by engaging with the company’s extensive client database.

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development in a direct‑to‑consumer role.
• Superb communication skills.
• General understanding of the real‑estate and financial services industry in the UAE.
• Multilingual candidates are preferred.
