Mortgage Advisor

About the role

A mortgage advisor position in Dubai offering AED 12,000 plus incentives, five working days per week, for candidates with 3-4 years of experience. The role covers advising clients on mortgage products and supporting them through the application process.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on available mortgage products and financing options based on their needs.
• Assess client financial information to identify suitable mortgage solutions.
• Help clients with mortgage applications, documentation and approval procedures.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to follow up on applications.
• Support clients seeking mortgage financing for off-plan properties.
• Maintain client relationships and give updates throughout the process.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up.

Required profile

• 3-4 years of experience in mortgage banking or mortgage advisory.
• Knowledge of mortgage products, financing procedures and off-plan properties.
• Experience handling mortgage applications and coordinating with banks.
• Strong communication, client servicing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and explain financing options clearly.
• Knowledge of the UAE mortgage market is preferred.
