About the role

Mortgage Pro is a home financing solutions provider in the UAE offering personalized mortgage options, competitive rates and transparent guidance. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Mortgage Consultant in Abu Dhabi who guides clients through the mortgage application and approval process.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client financial profiles and recommend suitable mortgage products
• Explain terms, rates and repayment options in clear, accessible language
• Manage end-to-end documentation and coordinate with banks and financial institutions
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance
• Research mortgage products on the market and keep accurate records in internal systems
• Follow up with clients to answer questions and give status updates
• Build long-term client relationships, deliver quality customer service and help colleagues improve processes

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry and of mortgages in the UAE market
• Experience in finance and mortgage lending, including assessing creditworthiness and analysing financial documents
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field preferred
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism and teamwork in an on-site setting

• Basic office software and CRM tools, and ability to handle several cases at once
