Mortgage Sales Consultant

About the role

Xperts Home Mortgage is a mortgage advisory and brokerage firm in the UAE working with leading UAE banks and financial institutions. It is looking for a motivated Mortgage Sales Consultant for a full-time, on-site position in Dubai. The role focuses on calling potential clients, generating leads, following up on inquiries and converting prospects into mortgage customers. Previous mortgage experience is not mandatory.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
• Follow up on leads and inquiries by phone and WhatsApp
• Understand client needs and identify mortgage opportunities
• Explain basic mortgage services and connect qualified clients with the advisory team
• Generate appointments and turn leads into active clients
• Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly calling, lead generation and sales targets
• Update client information and call activity in the CRM system
• Coordinate with the internal mortgage team for client onboarding

Required profile

• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, sales, customer service or business development
• Fluent English; other languages are an advantage
• Experience in real estate, banking, insurance, mortgage or financial services is an advantage but not mandatory
• Sales-oriented, target-driven and comfortable handling objections

Required skills

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
