Mortgage Underwriter & Consultant – Dubai

About the role

City Mortgage Solutions is expanding its Dubai team and seeks experienced Mortgage Underwriters and Mortgage Consultants. You will work closely with UAE banks to evaluate loan applications and provide tailored mortgage solutions to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess mortgage applications and supporting financial documents.
• Prepare bank submissions and manage the approval process through to disbursement.
• Liaise with bank relationship managers and credit teams.
• Generate and manage mortgage business and client relationships.
• Recommend suitable mortgage products based on client needs and bank criteria.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE mortgage, credit, or banking.
• Strong knowledge of UAE banks' lending criteria.
• Target‑driven with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
