Multi Tinting Operator

About the role

Join Hempel’s paint manufacturing team in Sharjah as a Multi Tinting Operator. You will be responsible for operating the multi‑tint dispensing machine and ensuring colour formulations meet strict quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the multi‑tint dispensing machine.
• Dispense colourants accurately according to approved formulas and production orders.
• Verify colour accuracy, perform colour matching and make tint adjustments as required.
• Clean and maintain tinting equipment to prevent contamination.
• Conduct routine inspections, basic preventive maintenance, and report any equipment malfunctions.
• Follow SOPs, quality standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organised work area and adhere to housekeeping standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in paint manufacturing, coatings or tinting operations.
• Knowledge of colour matching and tinting systems.
• Basic computer skills for operating automated tinting equipment.
• Ability to work shift patterns, overtime and lift materials within defined limits.
