Multilingual Call Center Representative (Arabic, English, French)

About the role

Tafaseel BPO is hiring a temporary Call Center Representative in Dubai who speaks Arabic, English and French. The role supports event attendees by answering questions about event details, helping with registration and providing guidance on travel and accommodation. Candidates must hold their own visa.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inquiries about event details, including location and general topics
• Assist with registration, guide attendees through online registration, troubleshoot technical issues and confirm registrations
• Advise on travel and accommodation, including directions to the venue, parking and hotels
• Handle requests for special accommodations such as accessibility needs or dietary restrictions
• Resolve attendee concerns and complaints promptly
• Make reminder calls to registered attendees and follow up to gather feedback on the event
• Promote additional event features such as workshops, networking sessions and merchandise
• Provide support in Arabic, English and French, with culturally appropriate communication

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic, English and French (written and spoken)
• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of customer service or call centre experience
• Own visa; event support experience is an advantage
